Hear how the development and promotion of arts and cultural activities led to the growth and sustainability of one maritime community from keynote speaker, Antoine Landry, Mayor of Caraquet, New Brunswick. Learn about progressive arts and culture initiatives from a panel of respected professionals linking culture to sectors such as education, justice, tourism, health and community development.
These connections with other sectors are improving the health of Nova Scotians and strengthening our communities. Meet and speak with other artists, agencies and government representatives about how to move the arts and culture sector forward.
Celebrate Nova Scotia’s talented artists at an Awards Gala where the recipients of prestigious prizes including, Portia White Prize, Aliant New Media, Prix Grand-Pré Prize, and other awards to be announced, will be presented. Throughout the evening there will also be entertainment by Nova Scotian artists.
